Service Agreement

Effective date: May 6, 2026

1. Service Scope

Old Glory Flag Service LLC provides scheduled flag installation and takedown based on the selected annual package (Standard or Pioneer) for Utah County ZIP codes.

2. Subscription Term

Subscriptions are billed annually and renew on the same calendar date as the original signup unless canceled before renewal.

3. Customer Information

Customer must provide accurate name, phone number, and service address.

4. Refund Commitment Terms

Customer may receive a full refund only before the first flag installation occurs. Once the first flag is installed at the service address, the annual commitment is active and non-refundable for that billing year.

5. Failed Payment Policy

If a recurring payment fails, we notify both the customer and admin team. The customer has seven (7) days to update payment information. If payment is not resolved within seven days, service is suspended until payment is successfully updated.

6. Scheduling Communication

After successful payment, Old Glory Flag Service LLC provides initial customer contact within 24 hours.

7. Modifications and Communication

Old Glory Flag Service LLC may update terms with notice on this website. Continued use of service after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
