Which holidays are included?
Standard Plan ($150/yr): Independence Day, Memorial Day, Veterans Day, Flag Day, Presidents Day, Patriot Day.
Pioneer Package ($200/yr): All Standard days plus Pioneer Day, Pearl Harbor Day, Armed Forces Day.
Do I need to own a flagpole?
No — we install a temporary pole bracket during your first service visit. If you already have a pole, we’ll use yours.
What if I’m outside Utah County?
We currently serve all ZIP codes within Utah County only. Contact us if you’re on the border — exceptions occasionally made for close neighbors.
When do you install and remove flags?
We install early morning on each holiday and remove at dusk the same day. You don’t need to be home.
What if the flag gets damaged?
We inspect every flag before install. If weather or accident causes damage while in our care, we replace it free of charge.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes — email us at gdrmace00@gmail.com before your next billing date to cancel. Already paid this year? We’ll refund prorated or defer to next year, your choice.
How do I update my address or payment?
We use Stripe for billing. Access your customer portal directly from any Stripe receipt email, or contact us for a fresh link.
